Maurice Dwek
Chairman of SFH Jersey Limited, the Group's holding company. Maurice has over 40 years investment banking experience. In 1971, together with Banca Commerciale Italiana and Banque Paribas, he founded Soditic S.A., a Geneva based firm active in trade finance, corporate finance and capital markets. His family interests, essentially in the financial field, are held by various entities of the Soditic group.
Oscar Lewisohn
Chairman of Soditic Ltd, London, Oscar was formerly Deputy Chairman of S.G.Warburg & Co Ltd and a director of S.G.Warburg Group plc from 1985 - 1995. He is also a former director of HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) S.A., Geneva. He has extensive experience of risk management and treasury operations.

Peter Stormonth Darling
Former Chairman of Mercury Asset Management, which managed over £120 billion prior to its sale to Merrill Lynch in 1998. Peter is also a former Chairman of Atlas Capital Group, a hedge fund and private banking group with approx $5 billion under management, and of Alta Advisers Limited, a family office. He is currently Chairman of Welbeck Land Limited, a property development company.
Roger Balkwill
Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Fuji Investment Management Company (Europe) Ltd, Roger joined Soditic Ltd 4 years ago. He has over 25 years experience in investment banking and fund management administration and regulation.
Edgar Baumann
Edgar has been in the banking sector for 36 years. He joined Soditic 27 years ago and was involved in syndicated loans and Swiss capital market issues. He is now Soditic's Chief Operating Officer.
Tom Colville
Tom has many years experience in the banking business. Previously a director of S.G.Warburg & Co Ltd he specialised in banking, compliance and credit matters.
James Denham
James has over 20 years experience in the investment management industry, having been responsible for both institutional and private client portfolios, as well as retail mutual funds. He was formerly a Director and investment manager at Veritas Asset Management (UK) Limited for 9 years and prior to that, a Director of M&G Investment Management, where he spent 11 years. James is the investment manager of the Senators fund.
Marco Dwek
Former Director of S.G.Warburg Securities, where he specialised in the co-ordination of equity distribution of equity products to the firm's Italian and Swiss client base. Marco has over 20 years experience in investment banking and is responsible for Soditic's investment advisory and trading operations.
Emiliano Ragnini
Emiliano has been with Soditic Limited's Investment Management Division for more than five years. He is investment manager of the Perikles fund.
Wolf Raymer
Formerly an investment manager at JM Finn & Co where he was responsible for private client portfolios and the management of a UK registered equity fund. Wolf has over 25 years experience. He is the investment manager of the New Silk Road fund
Sabina Sardi
Sabina is a financial analyst within the investment management division and joined Soditic in 2007 from the Lehman Brothers Inc merger and acquisitions consumer team.

Eugenio Morpurgo
In 1987, Eugenio joined Deutsche Bank and was appointed Head of their Italian Corporate Finance department in 1991. In 1993, he joined the SOPAF Group as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and opened Fineurop Soditic Milan in 1998. He has over 20 years experience of corporate finance advisory work.
Miriam Shea
Former Vice President in Equity Research at JP Morgan Securities Ltd. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Miriam worked in equity research at Goldman Sachs International for six years. Miriam has over 13 years experience in equity research and capital raising, primarily in the consumer sector.
Advisors to Soditic
Anthony Hotson
Former director of S.G.Warburg & Co Ltd and subsequently Managing Director and Head of the Financial Institutions Group of UBS Warburg. Anthony previously worked at the Bank of England and McKinsey & Company. He is currently a non-executive director of Henderson Group plc and was Chairman of its subsidiary companies, London Life and Towry Law until their sale.

Ronald Adair
Ron has worked in the financial services industry in London and Jersey for over 25 years. In 1982 he moved to Jersey to open Soditic's office on the island, and is Managing Director of Soditic & Co Ltd. He has been involved in all areas of the group's activities and is Group Company Secretary.
Michael Balston
Michael joined Soditic & Co Ltd as a Director in June 2007. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Fellow of the Securities Institute in the UK. Michael has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry in the UK and in Jersey, where he has held director positions in a number of trust companies.
Ian Wilson
Ian is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has worked in the trust and banking industry in Jersey since 1982, having worked for institutions such as Charterhouse Bank, ABN-AMRO, Bank of America, and Insinger de Beaufort prior to joining the firm. He is a Director of Soditic & Co Ltd.
